Emotion Compass Group

GETME is starting a new FREE group to help you:

  • Learn about
  • Understand
  • Regulate
  • and Work with your emotions.

It’s called The Emotion Compass Group, and it’s based on a group of exercises found at emotioncompass.org. Although you can certainly do the exercises on your own (and we encourage you to!), this group is an opportunity to come together with others in support and fellowship as you learn and practice these exercises.

If you want to learn more about yourself and your emotions, this group may be for you!

The group will consist of 7 ninety-minute meetings, held on Mondays from 2:00-3:30pm, beginning 3/8/21.

Here are the dates:

  • Monday, March 8th, at 2pm
  • Monday, March 15th, at 2pm
  • Monday, March 22nd, at 2pm
  • Monday, March 29th, at 2pm
  • Monday, April 5, at 2pm
  • Monday, April 12th, at 2pm
  • Monday, April 19th, at 2pm

The group is limited to six participants.

It will be facilitated by GETME intern Jessica Mellon and USM counseling student Kristi Zarilli.
