This highly experiential training is for those wishing to begin learning, or deepen their learning, of Emotion-Focused Therapy. EFT is an empirically supported, neohumanistic integration and reformulation of Person-Centered, Gestalt and Existential Therapy.
It is recommended that trainees already have some background in humanistic therapy (by, for example, having taken Introduction to Humanistic/Experiential Therapy). It could also be very useful for those who have taken Emotion-Focused Therapy Level 1, and wish to deepen their learning over time and practice their skills with like-minded trainees.
