Parking in downtown Portland isn’t always so easy. Here are some ideas:
Street Parking
There is street parking on all of the streets nearby, but it’s the city, so not always available when you want it. Meters are $2.50/hour. Streets to check:
Congress Street
High Street (Free spots between Park Ave and Cumberland Ave.)
Park Street (Free 2-hour spots on the other side of Spring.)
Pleasant Street (Free two hour between High and Park)
Spring Street
Deering Street
State Street (Free spots between Park Ave and Cumberland Ave.)
Cumberland Avenue
If you want to go further out for free parking, check, for example:
Spring
Danforth
Brackett
Clark
Tyng
Pine
Western Prom
