Payment is made on the date of service unless we’ve made other arrangements.
Insurance: For practical and philosophical reasons, I don’t participate in insurance networks. However, I can provide you with a receipt you can use to submit to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment; otherwise you will be charged your full fee.
