Payment Methods: Cash, check, credit or debit cards, medical spending accounts.
Payment is made on the date of service unless we’ve made other arrangements.
Insurance: I am an “out-of-network” provider: I don’t file for insurance reimbursement from any insurance company. That means my clients pay me my fee directly. In some cases, clients who have “out-of-network benefits” are able to receive partial reimbursement from their insurance company for my services. If you hope to do this, please confirm with your insurance company that your plan offers this. It’s important to understand that seeing a therapist who is in your network is typically much less expensive than seeing a therapist who is not in your network.
Cancellation Policy: Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment; otherwise you will be charged your full fee.
