Being a parent can bring tremendous joy and satisfaction. But, for many of us, it can also be quite a challenge.
This is a group for people who struggle at times in their role as parent: Sadness, shame, anxiety, frustration and even anger seem to take the place of the joy and wonder we want to experience with our kids. We don’t always act the way we want to, we get a lot of conflicting advice, and we worry we may be doing it wrong.
Be witnessed in your challenges by people who can understand.
Learn and practice skills of speaking with love, and also hearing with love. (And, of course, communication is a lot more than speech!) Learn a bit more about how to understand your children, and also how to be understood.
Come together with others who also want to improve the way they relate to their kids.
