Tuesdays, 5:30pm – 7:30pm
This group currently has openings.
Balancing Acts runs September through June. Join when there is room; stay as long as you like.
We could all use a little more balance!

Some of us could be better partners, parents, friends, and coworkers if we learned to “put on the other person’s shoes.” But others of us really need to learn to put on our own shoes.
Are you too aggressive? Or maybe too timid?
Do you talk too much — or too little?
Are you too generous — or too stingy?
Do you get carried away by your emotions? Or do you ignore/neglect them?
What about your work/life balance?
What about your romantic life vs. parenting balance?
In this group you’ll get to share your challenges and get feedback from your peers about how to move closer to your ideal life.
Most important: We don’t just talk about rebalancing — we’ll practice it.
