This is a group for couples who want to improve their relationship.
Couples often tell me they want to communicate better. The trouble is, when we’re too angry, too sad, too embarrassed, or too frightened, we find it very hard to make use of the skills we already have.
In this group, in addition to learning and practicing skills of speaking with love, and also hearing with love, you’ll learn how to regulate yourself so that your deepest communication shines through. This brings both more peace and more closeness.
Come together with other couples who also want to improve the way they relate.
